Before becoming an attorney, Attorney Rogan was the Director of Sales for a Fortune 500 services company. While he thrived in the corporate business environment, his frequent contact with his own in-house legal counsel made him realize the combination of a business background, together with a law degree, would be a powerful asset. As such, Attorney Rogan obtained his law degree while continuing his career as a Director of Sales. During his years of private practice, Neal has successfully provided advice and counsel to a wide array of private and corporate clients while balancing their business and legal interests.

Attorney Kelly Barrett received her Bachelor of Arts from The Pennsylvania State University in 2006 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School Of Law in 2010. Kelly was admitted to the state bar of Connecticut in November of 2010 and began her career as a civil clerk for the New Haven Superior Court.
During her law school career, Attorney Barrett served as the Executive Editor of the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal, as a mentor for the Women Law Student's Association and as a Research Assistant for one of her law school professors. Attorney Barrett also received three CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Property Insurance, Law and Public Education and American Slavery/American Law. In addition, Attorney Barrett served an externship with the State of Connecticut Office of the Attorney General in 2009, as well as a Summer Associate position with the Law Offices of Neal Rogan, LLC in 2008.
During college, Attorney Barrett was awarded membership to Phi Alpha Theta, a national history honor society, Phi Eta Sigma, an honor society for first year undergraduate students, and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
Attorney Barrett's primary areas of practice are in Family Law, Criminal Law and Civil Litigation, including complex commercial disputes as well as catastrophic personal injury claims.
